    Went in there the other day and went through self check out where I was pointed at and talked about by two workers who then brought another worker over. They were convinced I was stealing by the way I looked. Which I annoyed at since it's classed discrimination.

    Shelfs well stocked , meat vegie etc displayed plus bread and cakes Staff friendly and helpful

    I am very disappointed in your custom service self check out tonight at around 7.30 I finished purchessing by card a pack of mother energy drinks and also $10 optus mobile credit. Which i didnt get. As i was in a rush to ger back ro my children i forgot to print my receipt, wasnt even out door when i realised i forgotten to print, i went back to the young man standing thier explained the situation. No one used it after me, instead of the young male coles custom service intendent printing off the last two receipts which would of have had my credit. (which they can do) because i paid with my mums card he could of checked the numbers and the items. INSTEAD he said THEIRS NOTHING I CAN DO. I know its only ten dollars its the principal and service was bad. Really poor customer serviece coles WAURN PONDS
